A Family Tradition in the Heart of Western Pennsylvania
Promise Land Sporting Clays was born from a deep love of the land and the shooting sports. What started as a family hunting preserve has grown into one of western Pennsylvania's premier destinations for sporting clays.
Tucked into the rolling hills just north of Pittsburgh, our grounds have been carefully cultivated over the years to offer a challenging, natural shooting experience unlike anything you'll find at a flat, manicured range. Every station on our course is designed to mimic real hunting scenarios — from flushing pheasant to crossing doves.
The main lodge — a red brick two-story farmhouse — serves as the heart of Promise Land. It's where friendships are made, stories are told, and the tradition of the shooting sports is passed from one generation to the next.
Promise Land features two separate 100-bird clay courses. This means events and outings can reserve a full course exclusively, while walk-in shooters always have access to the second course — no waiting, no conflicts, just great shooting for everyone.
